Digitising funeral homes with Funi
York and Luis Matzen are the founders of Funi, an app for digitising funeral homes. The idea for the app came about when the two brothers noticed how many formalities involved paper while working in their family funeral home. With Funi, it should be possible to make all the data in the industry software mobile, so that it can be accessed and worked with from anywhere and at any time. This not only saves time and paper, but also provides complete documentation and traceability. York is currently receiving a start-up grant from the state of Schleswig-Holstein so that he can devote himself full-time to developing the app.
